You provide accurate and complete information.
You will not misuse the platform.
We reserve the right to suspend accounts for false information or misuse.
3. Orders and Payments
All orders placed through FoodieLift are subject to acceptance by the vendor.
Prices and availability of items may change without prior notice.
Payment must be completed before order processing unless Cash on Delivery is available.
FoodieLift is not responsible for pricing errors by vendors.
4. Delivery Policy
Delivery time is estimated and may vary due to traffic, weather, or operational conditions.
Customers must provide accurate delivery details.
Delivery charges and platform fees may apply.
If a customer is unavailable at delivery, the order may be cancelled without refund.
5. Cancellation and Refunds
Orders can be cancelled only before preparation begins.
Once an order is prepared or dispatched, cancellation may not be possible.
Refunds, if applicable, will be processed as per our Refund Policy.
FoodieLift reserves the right to approve or reject refund requests.
6. Vendor Responsibility
Vendors are responsible for food quality, hygiene, and preparation.
FoodieLift does not guarantee the quality of food provided by vendors.
Any complaints regarding food quality should be reported to support.
7. Platform Usage Rules
Users agree not to:
Use the platform for illegal purposes
Interfere with website functionality
Attempt unauthorized access
Post harmful or misleading information
Violation may result in account suspension.
8. Limitation of Liability
FoodieLift shall not be liable for:
Food quality issues from vendors
Delivery delays beyond control
Indirect or incidental damages
Service interruptions or technical errors
Our liability is limited to the value of the order placed.
9. Intellectual Property
All content on FoodieLift, including logo, design, text, and software, is the property of FoodieLift and may not be used without permission.
10. Third-Party Services
We may use third-party services such as payment gateways and delivery partners. Their services are governed by their own terms.
11. Modification of Terms
FoodieLift may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the platform after changes indicates acceptance of updated terms.
12. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of Rajasthan courts.
