At FoodieLift, we strive to provide a smooth ordering and delivery experience. This Refund & Cancellation Policy explains when cancellations and refunds are allowed.
By placing an order on FoodieLift, you agree to this policy.
1. Order Cancellation
✅ Before Order Confirmation
Orders can be cancelled before the restaurant/vendor starts preparation.
Full refund will be issued for prepaid orders.
❌ After Order Preparation Starts
Once the restaurant/vendor begins preparing the order, cancellation may not be possible.
No refund will be issued in such cases.
❌ After Order is Out for Delivery
Orders cannot be cancelled after dispatch.
Refund requests may be rejected.
2. Refund Eligibility
Refunds may be provided in the following situations:
✔ Order Not Delivered
If the order is not delivered due to operational issues.
✔ Wrong Item Delivered
If you receive an incorrect item.
✔ Missing Items
If items are missing from your order.
✔ Damaged or Poor Quality Items
If food or product quality is unacceptable.
Customers must report issues within 2 hours of delivery.
3. Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds will not be issued for:
Change of mind after order confirmation
Incorrect delivery address provided by customer
Customer unavailable at delivery location
Minor taste preferences or personal expectations
Delay due to traffic, weather, or external factors
4. Refund Process
Approved refunds will be processed within 1 hour
Refunds will be credited to the original payment method.
Cash on Delivery refunds may be processed via bank transfer or wallet.

6. Platform Rights
